Everton transfer update shared amid Sky Sports £30m news on Udinese striker Beto
Everton have not yet advanced their interest in Udinese striker Beto, according to Italian news outlet, TuttoUdinese.
Sky Sports had reported on 8 June that the Toffees were set to reignite their interest in the £30million rated frontman.
Tutto Udinese now claim on 19 June that Napoli are the only team to make a concrete offer of £17million, which is £8million less than Udinese would be prepared to sell for.

It’s believed Everton looked at the 25-year-old in January but are yet to advance their summer pursuit.
Back-burner
This is a move that’s certainly on the back burner for the Toffees. Beto has definitely been looked at by the board and is at an age where he could well be looking to make a step up. With Neal Maupay not up to scratch and Dominic Calvert-Lewin unable to stay fit, a consistent source of goals is desperately required on Merseyside.
Sean Dyche won’t be able to get this team firing on all cylinders until he’s given backing in the transfer market. Dyche teams have never scored bundles of goals, which makes the need for new potency in attack even more important.

With boardroom change now afoot, fresh and sensible appointments must be made. Efficient football brains have to be added to the Goodison Park hierarchy.
The lack of unprofessionalism has descended from all angles in recent years – largely down to Farhad Moshiri’s cavalier ways of working. The sooner he moves on and relinquishes power, the better for all concerned. His influence has lasted far too long.
