Jordan Pickford Everton transfer decision emerges as update on Manchester United enquiry shared
Everton have not received any formal enquiry for Jordan Pickford from Manchester United, according to the Daily Mail’s Simon Jones.
The Daily Mail claim on Monday 19 June, that the 29-year-old is happy at Goodison Park and that the Red Devils haven’t made an approach.
It’s believed United’s current budget means that can’t buy a top eve striker as well as a top goalkeeper, particularly as they look to commit £50million plus to complete a deal for Chelsea’s Mason Mount.

Inter Milan’s Andre Onana is also an option for Erik ten Hag but would cost £45million.
Good news
It will take something fairly drastic for Pickford to depart during the 2023 summer window. He’s been an excellent servant for the Toffees for a long period of time and will be hoping to finally help Everton kick on during the 2023/24 season.
If Pickford did exit, it would be extremely concerning. This summer, change is desperately required. For too long Everton have been slugging it out near the bottom of the Premier League. If we are being honest, the last two seasons have been completely unacceptable.

With a number of high-profile boardroom departures now confirmed, it’s essential for efficient and professional football people to arrive. The incompetence from the top of the club down has been a massive player over recent years.
With new investment on the horizon and Sean Dyche at the helm, hopefully, more positive times will emerge for the Blue side of Merseyside.
Keeping hold of the likes of Pickford and Amadou Onana are an absolute must.
