Everton open to offers for Demarai Gray as Saudi clubs battle with Crystal Palace, West Ham United and Brentford eye transfer
Everton are ready to listen to offers for star winger Demarai Gray this summer as he enters the final 12 months of his contract, according to 90min.
The Toffees are looking to bolster their attack during the transfer window, but Jamaica international Gray has been questioning his future after becoming a bit-part player under Sean Dyche at the end of last season.
Now the club are open to listening to any offers that may come their way for Gray, with Saudi clubs showing an interest and ready to do battle with Crystal Palace, West Ham and Brentford who are also keeping tabs on his situation.

“Outgoings wise, Everton are ready to listen to offers for Demarai Gray amid interest from a number of Premier League clubs and also from the Saudi Pro League,” they wrote (11 July).
“Crystal Palace, West Ham and Brentford are keeping an eye on Gray’s situation on Merseyside, with the club already looking at potential alternatives – Leeds’ Willy Gnonto among those considered.”
Problem
If the idea is to let Gray leave the club this summer, then Everton better have someone lined up and ready to replace him first or we’re in trouble.
Richarlison was allowed to leave last summer because of huge financial troubles, but the club struggled to replace him properly and it led to real struggles in the Premier League.

Dyche’s arrival saw Dwight McNeil’s form improve drastically, but Gray leaving would see a huge deficit in speed, explosiveness and goal threat.
Gnonto has been mentioned as a potential replacement but the reports of the deal seem to be all over the place, so nobody knows what is really going on there.
But if the club have made the decision to let Gray leave they have to have a plan in place to ensure that we aren’t left with that gap in the squad. If we are, then there may be nothing that Dyche or anyone else can do to keep us in the Premier League.
