Everton: Leeds United star Willy Gnonto agent arrives in London to complete Goodison transfer
The agent of Leeds United forward Willy Gnonto has arrived in the UK to complete his proposed transfer to Everton, according to SportItalia.
The Italian news outlet reported on 19 July that Claudio Vigorelli has made the journey into London, with “white smoke expected in the coming hours” as the 19-year-old finalises his move to Goodison Park.
The Liverpool Echo said on 17 July that a bid in the region of £15million from the Toffees had been rejected by the Whites for the Italy international, but it seems as though an agreement between the two clubs has now been reached.

Almost there
This is a transfer saga that has been dragging on for much of the summer, with the Toffees failing to reach Leeds’ valuation of closer to £19million, but it looks to be at an end now following the latest development.
It’s completely reasonable for the Whites to have held out for as much as they can for the exciting forward after he caught the eye of a number of suitors since arriving in West Yorkshire last summer.
The hefty transfer fee will hand Leeds a notable profit on the winger after The Daily Mail reported last year he had arrived at the club for £3.8million in his move from Zurich.

The teenager has been keen on remaining in the Premier League after showing glimpses of his quality last season, where he scored two goals and laid on four assists in 24 league appearances.
The signing will add much-needed quality out wide to Sean Dyche’s squad and ensures the club have one of Europe’s hottest prospects signed up at Goodison Park for the next few seasons.
In other Everton news, one club has made a Toffees striker their top transfer target.
