Everton insist on Samuel Iling-Junior transfer already after Youssef Chermiti
Everton are already insisting on the transfer of Juventus attacker Samuel Iling Junior, according to Gazzetta Dello Sport.
The Italian newspaper has reported in its print edition [01 August, pg 5] that Nottingham Forest are another Premier League side interested in the English wonder.
It comes as Everton close in on a deal to sign Sporting CP striker Youssef Chermiti, with a fee being agreed in the last 24 hours at Goodison Park [Fabrizio Romano].

They wrote: “In the Premier, there are at least two clubs (Everton and Nottingham Forest) who insist on Samuel Iling.
“For the outside, the Bianconeri want to collect 20 million (£17.1million).”

Wow.
What a difference a few days can make, especially in the transfer window.
It was only over the weekend that Sean Dyche looked strained when addressing the hunt for a new striker after the 1-0 win at Stoke, but that has gone from zero to one hundred already.
Chermiti looks set to be coming through the double doors at Goodison Park this week, and Iling-Junior could be next to join him already.
The English wonder has made a name for himself by breaking through at Juventus, and he will no doubt want to do the same in the Premier League moving forward.
Whether or not Everton can raise the funds to make it happen after Chermiti is another question, but Dyche will hope that he can be backed regardless.
This is certainly to watch in the coming days, with transfer activity surely set to spike ahead of that Premier League season opener against Fulham in less than two weeks.
In other Everton news, Brighton have joined the Toffees in the race for a European forward.
