Gary Lineker shares two-word response after what Danny Murphy said about Sean Dyche at Everton
BBC Sport pundit Danny Murphy has urged Everton to stick with Sean Dyche, despite the Toffees making their worst start to a top-flight campaign.
Everton fell to a 1-0 loss at home to fellow early-season strugglers Wolves on Saturday [26 August] to remain bottom of the Premier League.
The Toffees have started a league season with three defeats and no goals scored for the first time in their history.

However, Murphy believes Dyche is the right manager to turn things around at Goodison Park and keep Everton in the division.
Speaking on Match of the Day on Saturday [26 August, 1:05:44], Murphy said: “Their two home games, today and against Fulham, they made enough chances.
“They’ve had 43 shots across their three games. To come away from those home games with nothing, with those performance levels, is really bad.
“You could argue their recruitment department deserve no credit because they haven’t got a striker through the door yet to convert the chances. But there are chances being made.
“I still think Sean Dyche is the right man to keep them in the league. I wouldn’t be panicking just yet.”
MOTD host Gary Lineker appeared to agree with Murphy, saying: “Nice words.”
Under pressure
The Premier League season may only be three games old, yet already Dyche is under pressure at Goodison Park.
Rightly so, too, as Everton have no points and no goals from three games against Fulham, Aston Villa and now Wolves – hardly the most formidable of foes.
Everton’s inability to put the ball in the back of the net is deeply concerning.
The Toffees also struggled in that department last season but managed to save themselves from relegation on the final day.
They will not be so lucky this time around should they find themselves cast adrift at any point, which is looking like a realistic possibility.

The imminent arrival of Beto from Udinese should help slightly, but Dyche desperately needs a second double-figure-a-season goalscorer.
Dyche deserves time to turn things around on Merseyside, but Everton chiefs cannot afford for this terrible run to continue much longer.
In other Everton news, the Toffees are reportedly set to make a last-ditch attempt to sign a striker from one of their Premier League rivals.
