Everton transfer news as FIFA regulations may hinder deal for Leeds United attacker Luis Sinisterra
Everton may have to look at other options ahead of the transfer deadline as a move for Leeds United attacker Luis Sinisterra no longer appears to be on the cards.
FootballTransfers wrote on 23 August that the Toffees had turned their attention to the Colombia international, 24, in the final week of the window.
Due to their relegation, a number of Leeds players even have options in their contracts that allow them to leave on loan if certain conditions are met.

The Athletic reported on Thursday (31 August) that the fact that so many players had these clauses meant that players were in a race to see who could get out first.
That’s because FIFA imposes regulations on the number of players allowed to leave on loan in a window which has seen players like Sinisterra exercise an option that they thought they had at the start of the window.
Alex Iwobi is linked with the exit door and Demarai Gray is expected to seal his permanent transfer away from the club in the next 48 hours.

This means that another wide attacker needs to be on the cards and Sinisterra no longer appears to be an option for the Toffees.
It remains to be seen who Everton end up bringing through the door as it’s going to be a fight to the finish until 11 pm on Friday night.
Sean Dyche has revealed that work is going on for new deals but failed to guarantee them happening so it’s all about playing it by ear now.
In other Everton news, a club chief has revealed his plans to sign a first-team Toffees player imminently ahead of the deadline.
