Arnaut Danjuma told how to get more minutes at Everton as agent speaks out on Sean Dyche
Arnaut Danjuma has been told how to get more game time at Everton by a top agent after Sean Dyche’s recent comments on the situation.
Speaking to Voetbal International (27 November), Simon Cziommer was asked about the situation of the Dutch international who has managed just three Premier League starts this season since joining on loan in the summer.
And Cziommer, who is also the agent of Wout Weghorst, has dealt with Dyche in the past during his time at Burnley and has offered the 26-year-old winger some advice on how to get on the pitch.

“With this trainer you just have to show it,” he said.
“I already experienced that when he worked at Burnley: you have to show every day that you want 100%. Especially in this situation: fight, fight, fight.
“Then he gets his playing minutes and you have to be lucky to be able to make a difference.”
Bingo
Sean Dyche has never made it difficult to find out how to be successful under him, and it’s to work harder than anyone else and do what he asks.
Unfortunately for Danjuma, despite how clearly talented he is when it comes to football, he has a man in Dwight McNeil ahead of him in the pecking order.

McNeil worked with Dyche for years at Burnley and knows exactly what he wants and expects in a game and in training, and it’s not controversial to say that Danjuma is a very different type of player.
He will no doubt have his chance at some point, whether it be through injury or because we need to be a bit more attack-minded, but Danjuma needs to just knuckle down and keep working.
Dyche has always been fair, but our performances this season so far have justified the team he keeps picking. When he gets his chance he has to take it, and then he’ll continue in the team.
