Everton update emerges on Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium with new Christmas timeline
Everton have revealed their hope for the entire top tier of the new Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium to be completed before Christmas, according to Liverpool World.
The digital news outlet shared on 29 November that more seats are due to be installed at the stadium this week, and the upper tier could be complete within the next month depending on the weather.
Along with the new seats, the players’ tunnel can be seen for the first time, while the lower tiers of both main stands continue to take shape.

Progress being made
The progress being made on the new Everton Stadium will be a huge boost to all around the club, not only because there is a clear vision for the club moving into the future, but things are finally starting to take shape in terms of the look of the stadium.
At a time of plenty of uncertainty surrounding the club, the construction and eventual opening of the stadium is a silver lining among the clouds and a bright light at the end of the tunnel as far as the progression of Everton as a club goes.
The commercial value associated with the new build will be exemplified not only through matchday income but also by the surrounding area, which is set to see a boost from the construction as restaurants and businesses are already lining up the opportunity. [Sunday Mirror, 26 November]

It will serve as a financial boost to Everton as well as the prospective owners, and an incentive that if they can take over and pay off the debts, there should be some long-term returns commercially and financially that help to recuperate that spend.
