Everton: The Esk slams Farhad Moshiri and 777 Partners in new ‘disgrace’ rant

The Esk has slammed Farhad Moshiri and 777 Partners in a new rant in which he labelled the Everton owner’s tenure a “genuine disgrace” with the ongoing takeover making things worse.

The purpose behind Moshiri’s awful spell at Goodison Park was questioned as he was accused of almost destroying Everton at the expense of his own income.

It was then suggested that the ongoing 777 takeover must be stopped “at all costs” given the numerous concerns which have emerged since talks began.

Writing via X [11 March], The Esk ranted: “It is a genuine disgrace. The almost complete destruction of such a venerable & valuable asset. For what purpose? I don’t know.

“Certainly not Moshiri’s enrichment, given the scale of his losses. 777 being his latest & greatest folly which requires stopping at all costs.”

Criticism of Farhad Moshiri and 777 Partners will continue at Everton

This rant is not the first time The Esk has been critical of both Moshiri and 777 in recent weeks, having previously asked why the current owner is still entertaining 777’s takeover talks given the level of concern surrounding the group.

The latest criticism comes from Moshiri’s handling of the club during his tenure as owner overall but 777 were mentioned specifically as the latest in his catalogue of errors at Goodison Park.

Another figure who has been particularly critical of the potential takeover is Simon Jordan, who has questioned 777 and their motives behind the deal, having previously claimed Everton fans should be very worried about the possibility of the takeover going through.

Questions will continue to be asked of Moshiri, 777 and the Premier League until a final call is made, with many now hoping their takeover bid will be rejected to avoid the possible fallout at Goodison Park.

The criticism of both Moshiri and 777 will likely continue well beyond any potential takeover deal, particularly if they are approved by the Premier League, as concerns continue to rise at Everton.
