Everton-bound sensation Braiden Graham wraps up fantastic week, Sean Dyche surely keeps tabs

Everton certainly haven’t always got it right with transfers lately, both in terms of incomings and outgoings.

The Toffees have particularly spent big on improving their attack in recent times, with the likes of the experienced Beto and the more youthful Youssef Chermiti arriving last summer.

But slipping under the radar was Northern Ireland youngster Braiden Graham, who will move to Goodison Park at the end of the season after a deal was agreed with Linfield, as reported by The Athletic [28 November, 2023].

The 16-year-old certainly hasn’t let the move go to his head, with the striker really enjoying himself for club and country in recent times.

In a 6-0 victory for Linfield last Saturday (16 March), Graham netted his first league goal for the Belfast club, coming off the bench to score with his first touch.

And he followed that up with another goal exactly one week later, with the forward scoring as Northern Ireland Under-17s lost 5-2 to France in a Euro 2024 Elite Round Qualifier on Saturday (23 March), as per the official Irish Football Association website.

It is the kind of form that is certain to attract some form of attention from Toffees manager Sean Dyche, even if the teenager is very likely to start out in the youth setup at Goodison Park upon his arrival.

Should he impress early on, there is every chance of a senior call-up, with the current group of strikers really struggling under Dyche.

The likes of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Beto and Chermiti have all been shy in terms of both goals and confidence this season.
