Everton exchange documents on Jack Harrison deal as Fabrizio Romano drops ‘here we go’ update

Everton have completed the re-signing of Jack Harrison on loan from Leeds United, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Italian journalist reported via X on Friday (21 June) that the Toffees and Whites are exchanging documents for the transfer of Harrison.

The forward will rejoin Everton on a season-long loan after spending last season at Goodison Park.

Jack Harrison set to spend another season with Everton at Goodison Park

It looks like all that is left now for Harrison’s move to Everton is an official announcement by the club.

This represents a smart bit of business by the Toffees as they look to add reinforcements to Sean Dyche’s squad ahead of next season.

Despite some positive takeover developments in recent days regarding the Friedkin Group, the club will still be operating on a shoestring budget this summer.

As a result, loan signings such as this one might be the priority.

However, while financial troubles and player sales have been the talk of the town at Goodison Park, it looks as if Everton are still doing everything they can to bring players in.

In addition to Harrison, Fabrizio Romano reported via X on Thursday (20 June) that the Toffees are set to complete the signing of Tim Iroegbunam from Aston Villa for £9million.

It has been a miserable few years for the club, but suddenly the future looks much brighter.

In other Everton news, the club have submitted a bid to sign an “unbelievable” forward.
