Maupay and Holgate could both exit Everton in late deals after what Dyche said
Neal Maupay and Mason Holgate could be set for Everton departures in the final days of the transfer window, according to The Athletic.
The report [28 August] detailing each Premier League club’s late plans in the market claims that the duo may each find a new club before Friday’s deadline, as Sean Dyche admits every player has a price.
The financial uncertainty at Goodison Park has enforced this stance from the manager, with Everton looking to trim the squad of anyone surplus to requirements.

It’s a difficult final 48 hours of transfer activity to measure for Everton.
The club are in need of squad cover in areas including central midfield, whilst Dyche is unsure of how his attacking options will look by the weekend.
Calvert-Lewin, into his ninth season on Merseyside but with less than a year remaining on his contract, has been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea and even a potential revisit to the Newcastle switch which came so close back in June [Caught Offside, 27 August].
Maupay’s rocky relationship with the Blues fans escalated last weekend and he was shipped out on loan to former club Brentford last season, whilst Holgate has also had a trio of loan spells away from Goodison.
The French striker has played just 29 times in two years for the Toffees in the Premier League; Holgate has never been first-choice and needs to move elsewhere to begin a new chapter as a bigger fish.
