Sean Dyche makes one change as Everton XI confirmed against Aston Villa

Sean Dyche has replaced Seamus Coleman with Ashley Young in his Everton starting XI against Aston Villa on 14 September.

The Toffees will be looking to put an end to their poor run of form in the Premier League at Villa Park has found the club rock bottom.

Coleman was forced off early for the Republic of Ireland during the break, with no other changes despite that disastrous collapse against Bournemouth.

Everton team news against Aston Villa

If there’s one thing that Dyche needs at this moment in time, it’s for his side to put in a solid performance and hopefully bring some points home.

The Toffees’ last Premier League outing is no doubt one that fans will want to forget as soon as possible.

Leading Bournemouth 2-0 in the 87th minute but somehow managing to lose 3-2 is nothing short of embarrassing.

The Blues had a fairly solid transfer window with the likes of Iliman Ndiaye and Jesper Lindstrom both being brought in to help bolster the attacking ranks, with the latter making no impact so far.

Since his arrival from Napoli, Lindstrom seemed to be one of the more exciting players in pre-season so it’s a surprise that he’s not yet been afforded the chance to start a Premier League game.

Should Dyche manage to grind out a result against Unai Emery’s Aston Villa, it would set a real precedent and show that the club just got off to a poor start rather than this being a repeated occurrence across the entire campaign.
