TFG discuss Graham Potter appointment at Everton amid Sean Dyche worries
Graham Potter is one of the names being discussed by The Friedkin Group to replace Sean Dyche at Everton, according to TEAMtalk.
The news outlet reported on their website [27 September] that a managerial change will be considered should Dyche fail to improve results following the prospective takeover.
Dan Friedkin stole the march on John Textor in the race to purchase ownership from Farhad Moshiri on Monday [23 September] and should all go to plan, he will be the new majority shareowner of Everton.
Graham Potter to replace Sean Dyche at Everton?
Dyche can rest easy for now, the proposed takeover is not expected to be finalised until 2025 [Giulia Bould], meaning the Blues boss should have until the New Year at least to save his job.
The performances have improved in recent weeks regardless of their league position however, the results are all that matter in football and the three points won against Crystal Palace at Goodison Park on Saturday [28 September] were huge.
It seems only a matter of time before Dyche is packing his bags on Merseyside, even if the 53-year-old can pull the Blues out of the early season rut, the continued pattern that has emerged of flirting with relegation must end this season.

Potter endured a chaotic spell at Chelsea before his dismissal last year but, his spell at Brighton & Hove Albion had the Seagulls playing some of the most attractive attacking football in the Premier League.
With new owners on the horizon and the move to Bramley-Moore Dock at the end of the season, Everton could be the perfect club for Potter to revive his once-promising career and go back to his roots of attacking football that Blues fans have yearned for.
Regardless of how the Toffees perform under Dyche from this point onwards, Friedkin cannot afford to pass up on the opportunity to appoint an exciting young coach.
It would be the perfect statement of intent to begin his reign on Merseyside.
