Everton release Christmas Eve document to announce huge exit
Everton have uploaded a document to Companies House to confirm that Farhad Moshiri is no longer involved at Goodison Park.
On Christmas Eve, Everton Football Club Company Ltd uploaded a PSC07 form to formalise the cessation of Moshiri as a person of significant control at the Blues.
At the same time, the Toffees also uploaded the paperwork to show that Roundhouse Capital Holdings Limited is now in charge, with Marcus Watts and Analaura Moreira-Dunkel joining the board.
Moshiri era is finally over at Everton
Moshiri is gone.
We’ve known for a while that this is going to be the case but to see it in an official document on the Companies House website will be the perfect early Christmas present for all Evertonians.
The British-Iranian businessman deserves credit for building the new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock. He’ll always be able to say he oversaw that.
However, Moshiri ultimately run Everton into the ground by putting too much faith in his business partnership with Alisher Usmanov and his meddling in football affairs when he had absolutely no idea what he was doing.

The Friedkin Group will want to stabilise the Toffees’ decline before seeking improvement when they move into their new stadium next year.
Everton cannot be in yet another relegation battle under TFG.
They don’t seem like they will be this season but if there’s any hint of that happening, you can imagine that Sean Dyche will be out of the door and the Friedkin’s will have their first big decisions to make.
