Moyes hands out full Premier League debut – Everton starting XI v Tottenham
David Moyes has made two changes to his Everton starting line-up for the clash with Tottenham on Sunday.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin is given a chance to redeem himself after a costly late miss in the 1-0 loss to Aston Villa last time out.
Jake O’Brien starts for the first time in the Premier League since his move from Lyon in the summer and Jesper Lindstrom also starts, in place of Ashley Young and Jack Harrison respectively.
The starting lineup for the clash on 19 January was confirmed by Everton via their official X account.
Everton in must-win clash v Tottenham
The Spurs clash is a must-win game for Moyes’ side in their battle for survival in the top flight.
The Blues are currently in 16th place in the Premier League, just one point above the relegation zone, although they do have a game in hand against league leaders Liverpool.
Meanwhile, the opposition are just one place above the Toffees but have a seven-point buffer from the Goodison Park outfit.

The Scot tasted defeat in his first game back in charge, the 1-0 loss to Aston Villa on Wednesday (15 January), despite his side having just one less shot than the Villans in the contest.
A lack of goals has been a major issue for the Blues in this campaign with Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Beto having just three league strikes between them, the last of which came in October.
Moyes needs to get his team to score more goals or bring in a new attacker if he wants to guarantee safety in the final season at the Grand Old Lady.
