Everton agree £10m Tom Fellows deal in West Brom transfer shock
Everton have agreed a £10million deal with West Brom for Tom Fellows, according to Alan Nixon.
The journalist reported via his Patreon on Deadline Day (3 February) that the transfer remains in the balance as Fellows must agree terms with the Toffees and have his medical before 11 pm on Monday – which could pose a problem as the youngster is thought to have a high risk of injury.
Fellows is a long-term target for Everton, who fancied him before David Moyes’ arrival.
The Baggies have granted the winger permission to travel to Merseyside.
Everton to sign West Brom winger Tom Fellows?
If the Toffees can agree a deal for Fellows before the winter transfer window closes, Moyes would no doubt be delighted, as would fans at Goodison Park.
The Everton boss is thought to have wanted four signings, with an attacking player a priority on Merseyside. Therefore, getting a deal across the line for Fellows will no doubt be the main aim between now and 11 pm at Goodison.
However, should they fail to get everything sorted in time, questions might be asked about why it took the Toffees so long to agree on a deal for a player who has clearly been a target for quite some time.
Not only would signing Fellows be a short-term boost, but in the long run he could also prove to be a useful player for the club.

Therefore, perhaps this is something which could have been sorted much sooner, to avoid the last-minute stress.
