Everton £6.8bn update emerges as Bramley Moore Dock naming rights explored

Everton are looking to land a sponsorship deal ahead of their move to the Bramley Moore Dock stadium ahead of next campaign.

The Toffees are preparing to depart Goodison Park at the end of the season with the hope of utilising their new arena for their financial benefit.

As a result, a naming rights partner is going to be highly important in securing much-needed funds under the Friedkins new ownership structure.

A potential deal with AJ Bell has been explored by the Evertonians given their prior association with other naming rights projects.

Everton unsure on AJ Bell deal at Bramley Moore Dock

Talks have already been held in recent months with automobile giant Toyota who are said to be valued at a colossal £192.94billion.

It appears that now other options are being taken into consideration by the American owners on Merseyside ahead of the move to the new stadium.

Graeme Bailey has reported to TBR Football (25 February) that a deal with AJ Bell has been explored after their current sponsorship deals with the Sale Sharks’ Salford City Stadium and the Great North Run series.

The Friedkin Group may prove to be unsure about a deal with the online investment platform with a view to striking a partnership with a multi-national brand instead.

If that were to be the case, the stockbroker service could instead move to sponsor an area of the new arena with a hospitality suite mooted.

Friedkins have Everton decision to make for Bramley Moore Dock

There is no doubt that the Roma owners need to be careful with whatever decision they make with the sponsorship at the new ground.

This is especially the case with the issues that Stake, meaning that a new front-of-shirt deal will be required for next year.

Bringing in a fee as large as possible to hand the Toffees a financial boost under David Moyes will be important to fund any activity in the transfer window.

It seems unclear if AJ Bell will have any involvement in L4 next season but there is no doubt that there will be new deals being signed on Bramley Moore Dock.
