Idrissa Gueye transfer: Everton exit on cards as ‘talks already on’
Idrissa Gueye may already have several options to leave Everton as a free agent next summer, according to a Senegalese agent.
The midfielder is in the final year of his deal at the Toffees, and as things stand, he is free to talk to clubs abroad regarding a free transfer.
David Moyes has Premier League survival all but confirmed at the Blues, and the 35-year-old has played an essential role under the Scottish manager.
It remains to be seen whether Gueye’s contract at Goodison Park is renewed before the end of the campaign, and if not, there will undoubtedly be teams eyeing the Senegalese veteran.

Everton could lose Gueye as free agent
Gueye may already be in talks with several clubs as his contract at the Merseyside outfit expires in the coming months, Bassirou Sakho says.
The Senegalese agent believes the midfielder will decide whether he wants a sporting or financial challenge next summer.
Gueye is free to discuss terms with interested clubs of his choice, as he may look for new opportunities elsewhere.
Speaking to AfricaFoot (27 February), the agent said: “At the end of his contract next June, he will be the sole master to decide whether he wants a sporting or financial challenge at this advanced stage of his career.
“In any case, there is no doubt that many clubs are already in talks with the player, who is, four months before the end of his contract, free to discuss with the potential targets of his choice.”

Goodison Park to miss Gueye after exit
Everton signed Carlos Alcaraz in the winter window, and the midfielder’s transfer was seen as necessary to reinforce the squad.
Moyes lost Orel Mangala after he was injured, and the Olympique Lyon loanee’s season seems to have come to an abrupt end.
The Belgian national was influential in the Toffees’ engine room before picking up the knock, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see them pursue a permanent deal for him next summer.
Abdoulaye Doucoure is another midfielder who has shone this season, but the 32-year-old’s contract also expires at the end of the campaign.

The Friedkin Group (TFG) have some big decisions to make regarding extensions in the coming months, as losing several vital members of the squad wouldn’t be ideal.
Gueye comes into the category of players who should arguably extend their stay at Goodison Park.
With the move to Bramley Moore Dock on the horizon, it may be enticing for some players to continue playing in the brand-new stadium for another year.
The recruitment team at the Blues would be making the correct call if they were to hand the former Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) star fresh terms.
