Everton want ‘staggering sums’ as new Bramley-Moore Dock spots yet to be filled
Everton are just four Premier League games at Goodison Park away from locking the doors for good and swapping homes to Bramley-Moore Dock.
With test events passing with flying colours and some lucky supporters receiving a first-hand insight into how their gleaming waterfront home will look, many look towards next season with bittersweet emotions.
However, some of that mixed feeling could be thanks in part to some of the prices which have been mooted at Everton’s imposing imminent venue, particularly for the luxury echelons of the high-tech new arena.
Everton charging over £200,000 for executive perks
Everton are the People’s Club, a recognition which goes back decades, and a value the Toffees have sought to retain throughout the rapid development towards how football looks now.
In among the ridiculous sums of money, the egos and the greed across the elite level of football, Everton have always looked to share that down-to-earth bond with the supporters in blue who turn out rain, sleet and shine to roar on their team.
However, a surprising turn of events has seen the Everton regime offering executive boxes for over £200,000 for next season at Bramley-Moore Dock, according to Alan Nixon on Patreon (23 March) – who describes the money charged as “staggering”.
The Toffees are yet to have sold many of their top-priced luxury hospitality packages for 2025-26, with even many businesses and wealthy supporters appearing reluctant to pay the exorbitant amount.
Nixon reports that “many have snapped up smaller deals” on executive perks for an eagerly anticipated inaugural season in L5, but work continues to be done on sealing the huge sales.
Friedkin and co. are certainly not shy
Dan Friedkin has been anything but timid since coming through the door in December, making sweeping changes to the football and directorship areas of Everton.
It’s clear the American and his team want success as quickly as possible, and nothing will stand in the way of elevating his global sporting empire towards silverware and a regular place at the top tables in time.
That probably reveals a quick understanding as to why certain hospitality is priced to the extent it is – Everton are prematurely viewed as a titan of European football, because that’s how Friedkin eventually sees it.

The Toffees are certainly not alone – just ask the likes of the Premier League’s ‘big six’ what sort of fees they charge for their most glittering array of executive seasonal packages and boxes.
It’s how things are, and it’s how many Everton fans expected it to be. And it will be interesting to discover how easy in time these packages become to sell and at what price.
