David Moyes has head in hands after ‘devastating’ moment in Everton v Arsenal
Everton drew 1-1 against Arsenal in the Premier League on Saturday, with David Moyes cutting a frustrated figure on the sidelines after one incident.
Goodison Park hosted Mikel Arteta’s team on 5 April as Leandro Trossard gave the visitors the lead in the first half.
Jack Harrison drew a penalty against Arsenal right after the break, with Iliman Ndiaye making no mistakes from the spot and beating David Raya.
While David Moyes will be pleased with the performance, he will arguably demand answers from his players for conceding the opening goal.

Arsenal goal v Everton had Moyes with head in hands
Moyes had his head in his hands as Arsenal scored their goal against the Blues, Michale Dawson says.
The Sky Sports pundit feels the Blues will be devastated by how they conceded the goal as the Gunners found the back of the net with a counter-attack.

While the Merseyside outfit were pushing the visitors in the final third, they gave the ball away and instantly regretted it.
Speaking on Sky Sports News (5 April, 13:12), Dawson said: “Everton will be absolutely devastated with the way they gave this goal away. Moyes has his head in his hands.
“They’re on the attack. They whip the ball in. It’s headed away by Saliba. it comes mid-way through the Arsenal half. Gueye goes and heads it. He misjudges it.”

Goodison Park has been fortress under Moyes
Moyes has almost ensured Premier League survival for the Toffees as they sit 14th in the table with seven matches to go.
The Toffees are 15 points ahead of 18th-place Ipswich Town, and it would take something extraordinary for the bottom three sides to survive relegation.
Sean Dyche had the Blues dangling close to the drop, but the Scottish manager’s return has turned their prospects, losing just twice in the English top flight.
Goodison Park has been a fortress for Everton since Moyes’ arrival, going unbeaten against the likes of Liverpool, Tottenham and now Arsenal.
The Toffees have continued their impressive form in the league after taking a point off the Gunners as they look to build another unbeaten run after losing to Liverpool.
It’s good that the Blues have opened a decent gap with the relegation zone, as they have yet to play Nottingham Forest, Manchester City, Chelsea, Newcastle and Manchester United in the Premier League.
While there is still a lot of work to do at the Merseyside outfit, they’ve built a good platform to progress from before the start of next season at Bramley-Moore Dock.
What the Toffees will be able to achieve in the upcoming campaign remains to be seen.
