Leon Osman slams Everton star after ‘brilliant’ moment in Forest win
Leon Osman wasn’t pleased with Iliman Ndiaye as Everton won against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on Saturday.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s team hosted David Moyes’ side on 12 April as both sets of players struggled to create much in the first half, with the score 0-0 at the break.
Abdoulaye Doucoure was booked early at the City Ground, with the opening 45 minutes rather dull after some strong challenges early on, but the midfielder scored in the dying minutes of the game with the game ending 1-0.
Iliman Ndiaye should’ve arguably given the visitors the lead early on as he had a magnificent opportunity to score, but the Senegalese national failed to convert his chance.

Ndiaye should’ve scored Everton goal v Forest
Ndiaye should’ve scored for the Merseyside outfit against Forest in the 55th minute of the fixture, Leon Osman says.
The ex-Toffees midfielder was impressed by the former Olympique Lyon forward after he brought down James Tarkowski’s long ball “brilliantly”.

Osman was displeased with the 25-year-old, though, as he failed to convert the opportunity to give the Blues the lead.
Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live (12 April), the 43-year-old said: “What a moment of the game that was. Tarkowksi plays a long diagonal to Ndiaye and he brought the ball down brilliantly.
“The extra touch just allowed Sels to get out and thwart him. Really good goalkeeping and great save, but he should score there, Iliman Ndiaye.”

TFG delighted with progress under Moyes at Goodison Park
Moyes has turned things around at Goodison Park since replacing Sean Dyche, and the Scotsman’s achievements have been impressive.
The players seem to have renewed confidence since the 61-year-old head coach’s return to the Merseyside outfit.
While the Toffees looked clueless under Dyche and struggled to string positive results, they went nine games unbeaten in the Premier League before losing to Liverpool at Anfield.
TFG must back Moyes at Everton next summer, as they will undoubtedly be delighted with the team’s progress in recent months.
The mood around Goodison Park was depressing before the Scottish manager’s arrival, but expectations are now high as the Toffees get ready to move to Bramley-Moore Dock.
With positive results against top teams under Moyes, like the most recent draw against Arsenal at home, the Blues may be competing for European places with the proper planning in the upcoming transfer window.
It wouldn’t be surprising to see the Merseyside outfit taking significant steps up the Premier League table next season with the Scottish manager continuing his impressive work.
Ndiaye can be excused for a rusty display as he’s only returned from injury recently, but the Toffees should build their team around him.
