Everton ‘to sell Jarrad Branthwaite’ after new PSR admission from David Moyes
Everton are facing one more year of PSR in the Premier League, after years of torment.
The Toffees faced two points deductions in recent seasons, but still managed to remain in the top-flight under Sean Dyche on several occasions.
David Moyes has now transformed the Toffees completely, but has already warned about the tight restrictions facing clubs ahead of next season.
That may temper expectations of fans after the takeover of The Friedkin Group.

Everton could sell Jarrad Branthwaite
Despite the balance sheet being completely transformed under the Friedkins, heavy losses remained at Goodison Park in the latest accounts.
Jarrad Branthwaite is one name who could immediately fix that, with a possible exit already on the cards.
Dan Plumley has insisted that any figure around £70million would be hard to turn down for not only Everton, but any Premier League club.
“I just think that any figure like that is hard to turn down,” the football finance expert exclusively told Goodison News.
“That is for any club as well, but given the situation at Everton, there is still a loss of £53m there for 2024, and of course, we’ll see the 2025 accounts next year with one more year of PSR as well.
“It’s still something they will be mindful of, in terms of the losses, and with player transfers, will factor in the wage bill and all the other factors that come with it.
“Anything around the £70m mark or in that region, I just think it will be difficult for Everton to turn that down, despite how good the player is and how much he may contribute to the future of the club, it’s a tricky one to turn down.
“I would expect a bit of pressure on them if a bid does come in, he’s one of the assets that could generate money, and there will be movement in and out at Everton in the summer, given what the new owners want to do.
“It does put the pressure on, and if a good offer comes in, they’ve got to look at it and think if they can actually turn that down.”

Premier League giants circle
After being snubbed by Thomas Tuchel and England recently, Branthwaite was said to be considering his future, which may make a big-money move simple.

Ahead of the huge summer move to Bramley-Moore Dock, though, Everton fans would much rather imagine a future with the defender in it.
All eyes will be on Branthwaite this summer.
