Everton v Manchester City result predicted by supercomputer
Everton host Manchester City on Saturday looking to pull off another upset under David Moyes.
The Toffees will host the defending Premier League champions at Goodison Park on 19 April after getting back to winning ways against Nottingham Forest (12 April).
City are fifth in the table after a miserable campaign compared to their usual lofty standards but will still be a tough test for the Blues.
However, the hosts will take confidence from a brilliant 1-0 victory over another Champions League qualification contender last time out.

Everton expected to taste defeat against Man City
Despite Pep Guardiola‘s side struggling this season, they are still expected to beat the Toffees when the sides meet.
The Citizens have returned to decent form and have won three of their last four in the league and that seems to have been taken into account with the latest prediction.
The Opta supercomputer gives the visitors a 47.8 per cent chance of beating Moyes’ side and securing the three points.
Meanwhile, the Blues have been handed a 27.1 per cent chance of winning, with a draw rated as a 25.1 per cent probability.

Moyes will fancy his chance against Guardiola
Under normal circumstances, the Scotsman may be going into the contest believing that his side would be defeated as the Spaniard’s team is usually a relentless machine.
However, given the recent resurgence that he has brought to the Blues, he will fancy his side’s chances against Guardiola on this occasion, as they have slipped far below their usual performance levels in a disappointing campaign.
Last 12 | Wins | Draws | Losses |
Everton | 5 | 6 | 1 |
The Blues have lost just one of their last 12 in the league and will be keen to finish the season strongly, especially in their matches at Goodison.
The move to the new Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium is exciting but the Merseysiders must ensure that the famous old ground gets a proper farewell, securing a historic victory against City would help that cause.
The focus may well be on the summer with the upcoming move and the Friedkins set to back Moyes in the transfer market but results are still vital to build momentum ahead of the new season.
