David Moyes confirms Friedkin transfer budget news at Everton live on BBC Sport
The Friedkin Group are set to back David Moyes in the transfer window.
The Scotsman has turned the Blues’ season around and guided them away from relegation danger with a run of just three losses in their last 14 Premier League matches.
As a result, he believes that his side can qualify for European football next season and is there is considerable excitement surrounding the Toffees ahead of a busy summer.

The new ownership has already made sweeping changes behind the scenes, bringing in Angus Kinnear from Leeds to lead their sporting operations.
That overhaul is set to continue on the pitch in the summer, with the American group set to allow Moyes to rebuild his squad when the market reopens.
Asked whether there will be money to spend by Duncan Ferguson on BBC Sport (3 May), Moyes said: “Yeah, the Friedkin’s have said that there will be money to spend.
“The answer to your question, Dunc, is yes, we are expecting the Friedkins to come up with some money, and hopefully we can add to the squad.”
Everton set for exciting summer
The Blues are set for a thrilling summer ahead of the move to the new Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium, with transfers expected to be on the agenda.
Moyes’ latest revelation will do little to dampen Evertonians’ hopes of a spending spree that will allow the Goodison Park club to put the relegation battles of the past under Sean Dyche behind them.

Several areas of the squad need improvement, but the attack is the most prominent problem for Moyes and Co to solve in the window.
The Blues have struggled to score goals this season, even in the revival under the Scotsman, and Dominic Calvert-Lewin looks set to depart when his contract expires at the end of the season.
Moyes is believed to want Liam Delap to spearhead his forward line but the Toffees face competition from the likes of Tottenham, Manchester United and Chelsea for his signature, so it is unlikely that they will be able to persuade the Ipswich frontman.
No matter who comes through the door at Finch Farm, it promises to be the most exciting summer in a long time for supporters as the change begins under the new ownership after a rotten spell under Farhad Moshiri.
