Jack Grealish in ridiculous claim away from Everton as England have unique option

England have impressive squad depth as Jack Grealish hopes to impress Thomas Tuchel after his performances at Everton.

Ally McCoist feels the Three Lions have amazing talent in the creative positions, with the likes of Anthony Gordon, Phil Foden and Eberechi Eze.

Grealish’s World Cup hopes with England seem unrealistic after being left out of recent squads.

Jordan Pickford will surely be part of Tuchel’s team next summer, but it remains to be seen who else from the Merseyside outfit’s squad will join the goalkeeper.

Jack Grealish to provide extra threat to England in final third

Grealish has the ability to win set-pieces high up the pitch for England, McCoist says.

While Foden and Eze have also had amazing seasons so far, the 30-year-old is a constant threat in the final third, which has been evident at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

It will surely be baffling to see Tuchel exclude the Manchester City loanee from his World Cup squad, but the signs point to that prospect.

Speaking on talkSPORT on 3 December, McCoist said: “It’s ridiculous. Gordon looked lively last night. Foden. There are so many players in that area. Eze. It’s amazing. But I think one thing that Grealish does differently, he gets you free kicks high up the pitch, in dangerous areas.”

Grealish was once again the game-changer against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on 2 December, scoring the only goal in the Blues’ 1-0 win in the Premier League.

It would be a no-brainer for the Merseyside outfit to trigger the £50million option to buy the Englishman, but it remains to be seen what the future holds for him.

Jack Grealish to stay at Everton after David Moyes admission

David Moyes feels Grealish should be in the England squad, hailing the forward’s impact at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

It looks like the Man City loanee is also enamoured by the Everton manager as well, and speaking after beating Bournemouth, he said: “I love the manager to pieces, you know. I’ve only known him a few months, and I can’t speak highly enough of him as a person and how he makes me feel.”

Moyes can undoubtedly convince the England international to stay at the Toffees longer and help bring silverware back to the club.

The Scottish manager won the Conference League title at West Ham United, and there’s no reason why he can’t do the same with someone like Grealish at his disposal in L4.
