Everton most likely transfer business outlined amid Youssef En-Nesyri twist

Everton aren’t working to sign Fenerbahce striker Youssef En-Nesyri in the winter transfer window.

While En-Nesyri has been linked with a move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium, nothing is happening regarding the deal at the moment.

The Morocco international is currently on international duty as Walid Regragui’s team face Nigeria in the Africa Cup of Nations semi-final on 14 January.

David Moyes and The Friedkin Group are in agreement over January recruitment, with loan deals being targeted, and that has now been reiterated.

Everton likely to sanction loans as Youssef En-Nesyri claims dismissed

Signing a striker could be challenging for the Toffees in the coming weeks, according to the Liverpool Echo.

The news outlet reports on 14 January that while a full-back and centre-forward are wanted at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, the Blues are most likely going to sanction loan deals.

It’s been claimed that suggestions of the Merseyside outfit exploring a deal or making a bid for En-Nesyri aren’t true.

Permanent transfer deals aren’t expected at the Toffees unless an exceptional market opportunity presents itself.

Moyes would surely like to have someone like En-Nesyri at his disposal, but it remains to be seen whether the links have any merit.

The Moroccan striker’s situation will be worth watching closely, and any deal for him is likely to materialise after AFCON.

David Moyes to tempt Bayern Munich star to Hill Dickinson Stadium

Bayern Munich striker Nicolas Jackson is a target for Moyes, with the Scottish manager wanting to pair the centre-forward with his Senegalese compatriot Iliman Ndiaye.

The 24-year-old is currently on loan at the Bundesliga giants from Chelsea, but could potentially be tempted to cut short his stint and sign for Everton.

Jackson isn’t the first name on the teamsheet under Vincent Kompany, with Harry Kane leading the line for the Bavarians.

With doubts around En-Nesyri, Moyes should push for the Senegal international’s move to Merseyside instead.
