Jack Grealish transfer clarity demanded at Everton, deal can be completed on one condition
Everton fans will surely be desperate to know whether Everton sign Jack Grealish permanently in the summer transfer window.
The England international moved to the Toffees on a season-long loan from Manchester City and has rediscovered his brilliance in L4.
David Moyes has provisionally ruled out signing Grealish for now, with the current deal for the forward including a £50million option to buy that the Blues can’t afford.
The Friedkin Group are planning a big summer at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, but it remains to be seen whether the Man City loanee will be a part of it.

Everton have financial dilemma with Jack Grealish transfer
Dominic King knows the economics of the deal regarding Grealish have to be right to complete his permanent signing at the Toffees.
The Daily Mail columnist acknowledges that the Englishman’s influence at the Hill Dickinson Stadium has been priceless, but the financial terms of a possible deal will surely determine his future in L4.
With the forward turning 31 in September, it makes sense for the Blues to renegotiate the £50m buy option, and it will now be interesting to see how much TFG are willing to pay for him.
Writing in the Daily Mail on 20 January, King said, “The name everyone wants clarity on is Grealish, and it would be pleasing if the England international could have a strong end to the campaign.”
He added, “The buzz he provided when initially arriving on loan was priceless, and his status as a fan favourite was swiftly confirmed, but the economics around the deal have to be right for Everton to press the button.”
Grealish clearly had hopes of going to the 2026 World Cup, and despite his impressive form at the Merseyside outfit, it doesn’t look like Thomas Tuchel fancies him in the England setup.
David Moyes advantage emerges in Jack Grealish transfer chase
Grealish is in love with Moyes’ management, and the Scottish manager should be credited for his resurgence after a struggling spell at the Etihad Stadium.
The England international has proved that he can play for a Champions League outfit, which may be an obstacle for Everton in the summer.
However, the forward’s relationship with Moyes will surely give fans some confidence that the Blues can convince him to stay beyond this season.
While most of the focus will be on the Merseyside outfit finishing the season strong, noises around Grealish’s situation will certainly grow louder as the summer gets closer.
