Jack Grealish heartbroken as new message sent to Everton fans
Jack Grealish has posted his first social media message since news emerged of a potential season-ending injury at Everton.
Grealish has been a standout performer for Everton since arriving on loan from Manchester City in the summer transfer window.
However, Grealish sustained a foot injury earlier this week and was sent for a scan that appears to have confirmed the worst.
While there is no official confirmation on the severity of the injury, reports have suggested Grealish will miss the next three months for Everton.
That will leave just a few weeks of the season to play, meaning the England World Cup hopeful’s time at Hill Dickinson Stadium may already be up.

Jack Grealish sends short message to Everton fans
David Moyes now has a massive headache with regards to the void to fill left by Grealish‘s prolonged absence.
Indeed, it is now almost certain Everton will ramp up their search for a new wide player to ensure the campaign does not fizzle out.
As for Grealish, it is expected he will return to parent club Man City to undergo his treatment with the hope of returning at some point before the season ends.
In a post on his Instagram story on Thursday morning, Grealish posted an image of himself in an Everton kit with a broken heart emoji.

Grealish has made 22 appearances for Everton in all competitions this season, scoring two goals and assisting a further six.
This is how Everton can avoid season collapsing
Grealish’s eight direct goal involvements for Everton this season is two more than any other player in the squad.
Iliman Ndiaye has six in four fewer matches and his return from the Africa Cup of Nations will at least soften some of the blow of losing Grealish.

But Everton quite simply need to react to this news by bringing in another wide attacking player, either on loan or permanently.
Moyes has worked wonders with what he has, ensuring the relegation battles of recent years is now a thing of the past.
The worst-case scenario for Everton is that a season that offered so much simply fades away, which unfortunately will be the case unless Grealish’s goals and assists are replaced.
It is therefore over to the Friedkin Group and Everton’s transfer team to bring in a replacement before the 2 February deadline.
