Everton will need to sign a striker in the summer, and Kasper Hogh is one name that has been linked with the Toffees.
This season, the inconsistencies and poor form of both Beto and Thierno Barry have let David Moyes down on multiple occasions.

There may be many out there who are not keen on the idea of signing a striker from the Norwegian league, with questions surrounding the quality that Hogh faces.

In the 2025-2026 Champions League, the Norwegian striker has scored four goals and assisted three in just nine appearances.
Those contributions include games against Juventus, Manchester City, Atletico Madrid, and most recently Inter Milan. Not exactly easy or low-quality opposition.

A deal for Hogh could be completed quickly in the summer, as the Eliteserien side have inserted a release clause into the player’s contract.
As previously revealed by Bryan King, speaking to Goodison News, the Bodo/Glimt frontman could be bought for £20million.
This package includes a £15m base fee and a further fee of around £5m in potential add-ons.
In a market where the top strikers are going for extortionate prices, Moyes could find himself securing one of the bargains of the summer.
