Everton offer for Edon Zhegrova will be accepted in latest transfer development
Everton can finally sign Juventus forward Edon Zhegrova in the upcoming transfer window.
The Bianconeri are “highly likely” to accept an offer for the 26-year-old from the Toffees in the summer after his disappointing spell in Italy, according to Sportmediaset.
On 6 March, the news outlet reports that the Kosovo international, who has 45 caps for his national side, is set to leave the Allianz Stadium at the end of the season.
The Blues had enquired about signing the right-winger in January and they could finally get a deal over the line for him in the coming months.
Where Edon Zhegrova would fit in David Moyes plans at Everton
Zhegrova got his move to Juventus off the back of an impressive stint at LOSC Lille, scoring 26 goals and providing 18 assists in 107 appearances.
The Kosovan winger has mostly played on the right of the attack over the course of his senior career and that’s where David Moyes will likely look to play him at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Iliman Ndiaye has thrived on the right wing for the Toffees this season, but the Senegal international is equally capable of doing the same on the opposite side.
Jack Grealish has made a mark in L4 after arriving on loan from Manchester City last summer, but it remains to be seen whether he’ll extend his stay at the Blues.
Dwight McNeil has found his feet in recent matches, but the Englishman’s future seems to be elsewhere, while Tyler Dibling and Tyrique George have failed to live up to expectations in Merseyside, making a move for Zhegrova understandable.

Dibling was a big-money signing for Everton last summer, arriving in a £40million package deal from Southampton.
There’s a reason the Toffees decided to spend a significant sum on the 20-year-old and they will likely want to keep hold of him for the coming years.
While the young forward’s permanent exit may not be on the cards, a loan move for regular game time elsewhere shouldn’t be ruled out if the Blues bolster their attack with the likes of Zhegrova in the summer.
Dibling’s future will undoubtedly be one to keep an eye on in L4 as Moyes seems unimpressed by him.
