Jack Grealish gives David Moyes yet another reason to complete permanent Everton transfer
Jack Grealish has clearly found his joy at Everton since moving on loan from Manchester City last summer.
The 30-year-old looked to have lost his edge at the Etihad Stadium after struggling for game time under Pep Guardiola.
David Moyes seems to have reignited hope in the England international and his performances at the Blues this season have been impressive.
Unfortunately, the forward picked up an injury at the Merseyside outfit at the start of 2026 and could potentially be out until the end of the campaign, but his influence in L4 may be as valuable as ever.

David Moyes lauds Jack Grealish influence at Finch Farm
Grealish might not be able to contribute on the pitch for the Toffees, but he seems to be doing his best off it for his teammates.
Moyes acknowledges that the Englishman is a really popular figure in the dressing room and will arguably continue to have an impact at the Finch Farm training ground.
The winger was arguably the best player for the Blues before he was sidelined, but he can surely use his experience to push others to achieve European qualification at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Speaking to the media about the Man City loanee, the Scottish manager said, “Yeah, he’s really popular as you can imagine, very popular.”
Grealish may have given the Merseyside outfit yet another reason apart from his performances to sign him permanently from the Sky Blues in the summer transfer window.
While The Friedkin Group seem reluctant to pay the £50million buy option in the England international’s loan deal, they should be able to come to some sort of settlement with the Etihad Stadium’s hierarchy.
Everton have advantage in Jack Grealish negotiations as Manchester City show their hand
Man City evidently have no intention of keeping Grealish once he returns to M11.
The Cityzens signed Antoine Semenyo from Bournemouth in the winter transfer window, which certainly closes the door on the English winger being able to revive his career at the Etihad Stadium.

Grealish will have a year left on his contract at the Sky Blues at the end of the season, and considering his age, Everton should feel confident about striking a favourable deal for him.
The forward has enjoyed playing under Moyes after some difficulties under Guardiola, which leaves the door open for the Merseysiders to push for his signature.
