Everton ready to welcome new arrival as they get prepared for summer transfer window
Everton are looking to add fresh faces to their recruitment team ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window, with a new open role being advertised.
Over the last few seasons, the Merseyside club’s business has been largely hit or miss, as they were more often than not plunged into the relegation battle.
This campaign’s fortunes have begun changing, with hopes of qualifying for Europe still alive with nine games left to go.
The board’s options and decisions for signing could very well shift depending on Everton’s position in the Premier League come the end of the season.
And now it looks like a new face will be helping the The Friedkin Group make those transfer decisions at Everton.

What role has Everton advertised?
Everton are advertising a new job opportunity for someone to join their recruitment team ahead of the summer now.
According to Training Ground Guru, the Toffees are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Analyst for the men’s first team.
Listed in the description of the role, it says the new hire will be “playing a key part in supporting the Club’s recruitment strategy through the delivery of high-quality data, video, and live scouting analysis.”
The candidate selected for the position will work closely with the Director of Scouting & Recruitment, with James Smith currently listed as holding that position.
Which positions do Everton need to sign?
First on Everton’s priority list must be a new centre-forward, as both Thierno Barry and Beto have struggled to impress for much of this season.
The two number nines have just a combined 10 Premier League goals between them this season.
Additionally, it seems a move for a new winger is on the list, with Edon Zhegrova linked with Everton over recent weeks.
The Kosovan has struggled to adapt to Italian football after moving to Juventus in the summer.

David Moyes will need some added defensive reinforcements too. Michael Keane’s contract is set to expire after this season, meaning the Blues will be one centre-back light.
Marcos Senesi has emerged as a potential name to replace the Englishman.
Nathan Patterson looks to be heading out the door, and Seamus Coleman is not getting any younger either. A right-back must certainly be signed ahead of next season.
Overall, whoever comes in as the new Senior Recruitment Analyst will have plenty of work to do as soon as they join.
