Ancelotti to make two changes: Predicted Everton starting XI v West Ham

Everton return to Premier League action on Saturday against West Ham United in a battle between two teams who changed their managers over the festive period.

The Hammers got former Toffees boss David Moyes back in for a second spell in charge, while Moyes’ old team went rather more upmarket with Carlo Ancelotti.

Both teams will be eager to get a positive result at the London Stadium, but don’t expect too many changes from Ancelotti after last weekend’s victory over Brighton & Hove Albion.

Indeed, it’s highly likely that the Italian makes only two alterations from that win, with Seamus Coleman and Fabian Delph possibly coming in for Theo Walcott and Gylfi Sigurdsson.

Jordan Pickford isn’t having his finest season, but the England number one has very little competition between the sticks at Goodison Park, and so he’ll surely start here.

As mentioned, Coleman may well replace Walcott, with Djibril Sidibe moving forward from right back into a right wing position. Lucas Digne will likely start at left back.

At centre half, Yerry Mina’s form simply hasn’t been good enough this campaign, and so Michael Keane and Mason Holgate will almost certainly start again here.

So Sidibe could push forward to a role on the right wing, with Bernard most probably keeping his spot on the opposite flank after an electric display last time out.

Sigurdsson could well drop out after another sub-par showing, with Delph replacing him and partnering Tom Davies in the middle of the park.

Up front, it will almost definitely be Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin once again on Saturday.
