Everton Super Fans predict Carabao Cup clash v Manchester United
This is part of a regular series from our panel of Everton Super Fans. Each week, our Super Fans will deliver their verdicts on the biggest talking points and news stories around Goodison Park.

Everton will welcome Manchester United to Goodison Park on Wednesday night knowing that a spot in the final four of the Carabao Cup is up for grabs.
Carlo Ancelotti and his squad will be hoping to ensure their name is in the hat for the semi-finals along with Brentford, Manchester City and either Tottenham or Stoke, who play earlier on Wednesday.
Everton have found themselves in superb form in recent weeks with the Merseysiders winning their last three matches against Chelsea, Leicester and Arsenal.
And our panel of Everton Super Fans are understandably in a confident mood ahead of kick-off at Goodison on Wednesday night with them predicting Ancelotti’s side to come out on top.
Here is what they had to say when we asked for their predictions:

One fan, however, has refused to tempt fate ahead such a big match.
He, like all of us, admits he’s “nervous” and claims that the result will depend on what teams both managers choose to play.

Everton are going strong in the Premier League.
They currently sit in fourth place and just one point behind second-placed Leicester City so the Toffees do have something to play for in the league – European football.
However, there’s a real chance to win silverware here.
While Manchester City are still in the competition and are bound to be favourites, there’s a real chance of reaching a final if the Blues can beat Man United and set up a winnable match against Brentford.
We’d be disappointed if Ancelotti doesn’t name a full-strength team to play the Red Devils but at least there’ll be a reason if he opts to name an 11 full of youngsters and fringe players.
In other Everton news, Neville Southall has hailed Ancelotti for the Blues’ recent improvement.
