Jordan Pickford still more than happy at Everton
Jordan Pickford has responded to ongoing questions about why he remains at Everton rather than moving to a traditionally “bigger” club, suggesting that qualification for European competition would help silence those doubts.
The England goalkeeper believes Everton’s ability to reach Europe this season would reinforce his decision to stay at the club and underline its progress under current leadership.
Pickford also reiterated his satisfaction with life at Everton, pointing to the club environment and his role as key reasons for remaining on Merseyside. Despite occasional criticism and repeated transfer speculation over the years, Pickford made clear that he feels settled and committed to the team’s direction.

Meanwhile, Everton remain keen on making Jack Grealish’s loan move from Manchester City a permanent deal this summer.
