Kevin Campbell: Moise Kean set to hand Everton healthy profit this summer

We’re delighted to welcome former Everton striker Kevin Campbell as our exclusive columnist. Each week the former Toffees captain will be giving his views on the biggest talking points at Goodison Park…

Kevin Campbell has backed Everton to make a quick profit by selling Moise Kean in the upcoming summer window.

Paris Saint-Germain are interested in a permanent deal after he impressed on loan, with the Toffees demanding more than £30million.

Campbell believes that with the French club clearly owned by billionaires, Everton are right to push for a large transfer fee.

Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, Campbell said, “I think he has done really well at Paris Saint-Germain.

“Obviously, they know that they have the money so they are going to ask and make a good profit on him. Why not?

“Ask for the money, if you make a profit, even better.”

Profit.

With big moves needed to improve the squad at Goodison Park, we need to let some players leave for some big money.

Kean is the perfect candidate for that.

The Italian sensation never hit the ground running in Merseyside, and caused more problems than solutions in the Premier League.

If we can bring in more than £30million for a player such as that, we will be laughing, and it will allow us to bring in another forward who can offer great competition for Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

It will be very hard to find any Everton fan who isn’t a fan of letting Kean go for a huge fee such as this in the coming months.
