Everton will announce Nuno in the next few days – Fabrizio Romano
Everton are set to announce Nuno Espirito Santo in the “next few days”, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Toffees finally look set to agree terms with the Portuguese after positive talks going into Friday evening at Goodison Park.
Carlo Ancelotti leaving threw a big spanner in the works, but it looks as though the Portuguese boss will be the new man in charge on Merseyside.

Writing on his personal Twitter account on Friday evening, Romano shared when the announcement could be made public.
“Nuno Espirito Santo is one steThisp away from joining Everton,” he wrote.
“The agreement will be completed soon and he’s expected to be announced as new Everton manager in the next few days.”
Finally.
After weeks of different names popping up in the media, we finally appear to have got our man, and that is Nuno.
This comes back to the first man that was actually linked with the job when Ancelotti jumped ship to Madrid, and that could show just how many of the names were bogus.
Nuno is set to bring a completely different philosophy to the club, and it is desperately needed after we laboured to a 10th-placed finish last season.
With his experience and close links to Portugal, we could see some smart investment this summer, in what could be essential in a push for Europe.
The Blues have been crying out for some new ideas, and Nuno is the radical figure we need at the helm to introduce them.
Something tells us to prepare for a rollercoaster ride, and we’re all on board.
