Rafa Benitez set to make final decision on Moise Kean at Everton
Rafa Benitez is set to make his first major decision at Everton after his arrival at Goodison Park on Wednesday.
The Spaniard will have been running the rule over his new squad, with many potential outgoings over the summer.
Moise Kean is the top of that list, with Paris Saint-Germain’s offer not yet answered due to the wait for our new manager.

Fabrizio Romano has shared a major update on the saga on his Twitter, claiming that Benitez will make the final decision.
The Italian wants to move back to France after his loan spell, and Leonardo is waiting for an answer from the Toffees.
“Paris Saint-Germain wants Moise Kean back and it’s only loan negotiation with buy option included, as reported one month ago,” he wrote. “No permanent deal bid.
“Kean wants to join PSG. Leonardo is now waiting for Everton answer – it’s up to Rafa Benitez.”
Clock is ticking.
It looks as though we will finally have an answer of the future of Kean in the next couple of weeks, eventually.
The Italian couldn’t make it any clearer that he doesn’t want to be here at Goodison Park, but another loan deal would be stupid.
Everton need to cut ties but bring in some of the money they have previously spent, with his value getting lower with each year his contract runs down.
We can’t imagine a future where the striker is in Merseyside, and there is no need to keep dragging it out for the hope that he may change his mind.
Benitez may suggest working for a permanent deal, something that will boost his budget to build his own squad, we expect movement on this one soon.
