James Rodriguez unsettled at Everton after pre-season
Everton star James Rodriguez has been described as unsettled at Goodison Park after pre-season this summer.
The Colombian is said to be unhappy at Carlo Ancelotti’s exit and doesn’t have the best of relationships with Rafa Benitez after their time at Real Madrid.
Kaveh Solhekol has shared that the Toffees won’t stand in his way, but the offer has to be right for the exit to be sanctioned.

Speaking on the transfer round-up on Sky Sports last night, Solhekol shared the latest surrounding the playmakers’ future.
“James Rodriguez would be allowed to leave Everton if the right deal presented itself,” he said.
“Rodriguez has become unsettled on Merseyside since the departure of Carlo Ancelotti.”

Time to go.
It was good while it lasted, but Rodriguez just isn’t consistent enough for us to be mad at his impending exit.
The Colombian was magical at times during the Premier League last season, but having only completed 90 minutes eight times, he wasn’t fit enough.
For the huge wages, he will likely be on, it is best for Benitez to cut ties and use that money on areas of the squad we desperately need to sort.
We need reinforcements at right-back and in the final third, that is clear, and it looks as though we may need to sell to buy.
Rodriguez is on the chopping block, and it looks smart for all parties to get an exit deal sorted as soon as possible.
Thanks for the memories, but it is time to move on.
