Mino Raiola discusses Everton striker Moise Kean with Inter Milan
Inter Milan could make a move for Everton striker Moise Kean after his agent held talks with the Italian giants, according to Sky Sports.
It is claimed that ‘super-agent’ Mino Raiola discussed the 21-year-old while holding talks with Inter over a deal for his client Denzel Dumfries who, ironically, has been the subject of intense interest from Everton this summer.
Inter, who won Serie A last year to ensure Champions League group stage qualification, are interested in the Italy international with a return to PSG now looking extremely unlikely following Lionel Messi’s move there on Tuesday.
Replacement required
Kean might be unsettled at Everton after being sent on loan after an underwhelming first campaign at Goodison Park, but we can’t let him leave without bringing in a replacement first.
If Dominic Calvert-Lewin gets injured then we will have no serious striking contenders to replace him, and Richarlison will likely be required to play as a centre-forward.
Regardless of whether Kean wants to leave and Rafa Benitez being happy to see him go, we cannot afford to leave ourselves short at this stage of the window.
It’s gone quiet on the striker front in the transfer market for Everton; in fact, it’s gone pretty quiet all around after Andros Townsend, Demarai Gray and Asmir Begovic were all announced around the same time last month.
