Kevin Campbell warns against Everton overconfidence v Huddersfield
We’re delighted to welcome former Everton striker Kevin Campbell as our exclusive columnist. Each week the former Toffees captain will be giving his views on the biggest talking points at Goodison Park…
Kevin Campbell has backed Everton to keep their momentum going with a win over Huddersfield Town this evening.
Rafa Benitez has made nine changes to his side but still sticks with experience as he looks to build momentum.
Campbell believes that it won’t be overconfidence though and that it is all about making more progress.

Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, Campbell said, “I think so.
“There’s a feel-good factor at Everton, not over-confidence or anything, but winning your first game, and away at Leeds.
“You want to keep that momentum going.”
Critical.
We can’t allow this momentum to be thrown out of the window by a bad result against Huddersfield this evening.
That is nothing against the Championship side, but the Toffees have more than enough experience to swipe them aside with ease no matter who starts.
Moise Kean and others just like him will be desperate to make an impression and force their way into the Premier League side.
Hopefully, all goes to plan and we are all left smiling come this evening.
