Stan Collymore predicts Everton clash v West Ham in Premier League
Stan Collymore predicts Everton and West Ham to play out a draw when they meet at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon.
Rafa Benitez’s men have won all three of their home games this season but this is easily the biggest test yet on Merseyside for the Spaniard.
David Moyes will make his return to Goodison with the Hammers, who lost to Brentford in their last game before the international break and have a Europa League clash against Genk on Thursday to think about too.

Ex-Liverpool forward Collymore is impressed by what he’s seen from both Everton and West Ham as of late and can’t split the two, predicting a 2-2 draw at Goodison on Sunday.
“Both teams are in form, it should be a cracking game,” said Collymore in the Sunday People’s print edition on Sunday [October 17].

Happy with a draw?
We want to see Everton win every single game – that’s obvious. But are winning streak at home is going to end at some point and we’d be deluded to think otherwise.
Benitez has enjoyed a very strong start in charge of the Toffees despite numerous injury issues and a lack of serious investment in the summer.
Andros Townsend and Demarai Gray are starring for the Blues despite arriving for next to nothing in the summer transfer window and we’re going to have to rely on those two to expose West Ham’s defence this weekend.
Moyes’ side sees his full-backs press forward a lot and there’s definitely a chance for our wide players to get in behind them.
We’d take a draw right now. It wouldn’t be an awful result.
But let’s hope we can win this one because West Ham were poor against Brentford last time out and are definitely beatable.
