Everton scouts present at Benfica clash v Bayern Munich on Wednesday
Everton scouts are already taking in plenty of action ahead of the January transfer window in a couple of months.
Record have reported that the Toffees were present in Portugal on Wednesday evening along with the likes of Manchester City.
The game in question was Benfica against Bayern Munich on Wednesday evening at the Estadio Da Luz.

18 scouts were present at the game and some big names at that.
City and Everton were joined by the likes of Manchester United and Juventus as plenty of clubs were interested in the action.
Given the amount of talent on show from Bayern Munich, it is easy to look at their squad but we could have been looking at Benfica.
The likes of Darwin Nunez have been smashing it in the Champions League, but defenders appear to be on the shortlist.

Who could it be?
With the likes of Yerry Mina and Mason Holgate consistently linked with the exit door, a central defender will be on the list.
Lucas Verissimo has been linked with a move to Goodison Park in the past and is now plying his trade with Benfica.
Marcel Brands will be wanting to spread his wings in the coming windows, and that may not happen in January.
Financial Fair Play rules have been closing in on the Toffees for many years, and it may take some more sales to unleash us in the market.
For now, it is good to read that Brands and his team are consistently plotting for the future and potential new signings.
In other Everton news, this Toffees defender is being watched very close with a major exit on the cards
