Donny van de Beek agent may have other ideas after Everton talks

Everton-linked Donny van de Beek’s new agent Ali Dursun may have different ideas for the Manchester United midfielder.

According to the Daily Mail, the Netherlands international told his former representative Guido Albers last weekend that he wasn’t interested in his services.

There have been talks with Everton over a possible loan move in January, but the arrival of Dursun could change things for the Merseyside club.

It is understood that the 24-year-old is desperately looking for a way out of Old Trafford after falling down the pecking order.

Bad news

Agents are known to be notorious characters and a change of representation could see van de Beek consider other clubs instead of Everton.

It seemed like his previous agent was open to him moving to another Premier League club, and talks were conducted between Wolves as well as Everton.

However, van de Beek clearly felt that he wasn’t doing enough to get him out of Manchester and the new agent will try doubly as hard to get his client what he wants.

This would mean the possibility of him moving to another country and only increases the number of clubs that could possibly look to sign him.

Van de Beek is an ideal midfielder for this Toffees side and Rafa Benitez would love having a player like him in his side.

However, as things stand, there’s a good chance that the move does not materialise, but we’re hoping that Marcel Brands can pull an ace up his sleeve and bring van de Beek to Merseyside.
