
View: Everton handed boost in reported bid to sign Donny van de Beek
Everton have received a massive boost in the race to sign Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek in January.
According to reports from The Telegraph, the Red Devils will look to offload players before considering making new signings under Ralf Rangnick.
Van de beek, who has not featured heavily under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, will be considered for a move in the January transfer window.

The 24-year-old has lost his place in their national team heading to a World Cup year. He has not started a Premier League game this season, and it seems he will be allowed to move on.
The news will come as a boost for Everton who are reportedly [ESPN] vying for his signature.
Last summer, the Toffees failed in their approach to land him, and there have been suggestions that they could come back for him again in January.

There is no doubt about the midfielder’s quality, with Paul Scholes describing him as “excellent” in the past [BT Sport via TF].
However, he somehow failed to impress his previous manager, and it seems he won’t be given a chance to impress his interim manager either.
Everton need to sign a quality midfielder who can create chances for others, and van de beek would be an ideal signing.
The Toffees are expected to operate on a tight budget, and they can only afford to take him on loan.
