Dominic Calvert-Lewin posts message ahead of Crystal Palace v Everton
Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin is close to returning to full fitness after his injury problems.
The England striker has returned to first-team training ahead of Everton’s Premier League clash against Crystal Palace.
The 24-year-old hasn’t played for the Toffees since scoring in a victory over Brighton on August 28.

He took to Twitter to express his reaction. He wrote: “comeback season”.
Timely boost
Calvert-Lewin has only made three appearances this season, and has scored three goals already.
He was struggling with a broken toe, and also suffered a quadriceps issue. It has taken a long time for him to recover fully.
Everton have really struggled without him but it seems he is set to return to first-team action shortly.
Rafa Benitez will have to be patient with him. It is highly likely that he won’t rush him into the side, rather he will gradually look to increase his match sharpness.
Calvert-Lewin is unlikely to play any part in this game. In all probability, we will see him within the next two weeks.
Everton are heading into this match on the back of a dramatic 2-1 victory against Arsenal.
A late goal from Demarai Gray sealed the tie in Toffees’ favour who were previously without a win in their last eight games.
They will head to Selhurst Park on Sunday with loads of confidence. Crystal Palace are currently struggling a bit, having failed to win in their last four games, losing three of them.
