Everton confirmed XI v Brighton – Calvert-Lewin starts
Dominic Calvert-Lewin returns to the starting line-up as Rafa Benitez makes four changes in Everton clash versus Brighton at Goodison Park on Sunday in the Premier League.
Everton will be hoping to get their first win in the New Year after a dismal run of form in the league.
The Toffees have confirmed the team news via their official Twitter account prior to kick-off. Allan and Demarai Gray also return to the squad. Interestingly, Lucas Digne is on the bench.
Big performed needed
Everton have managed just one win in their last 11 games in all competitions, and the fans have voiced their frustrations.
However, Benitez was incredibly unlucky with injuries which he has used as an excuse thus far.
With the squad getting a healthy two-week break due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the Toffees now can regroup and look forward to climbing up the table.

Brighton were impressive in their previous game against Chelsea, but overall they have been inconsistent.
Graham Potter’s side has only managed one win in their last 15 games in all competitions, and the Toffees should be looking for all three points today.
The Spaniard has now got a near fully fit squad to choose from, and performances from here on will be heavily scrutinized.
In other Everton news, Mike Parry has slammed the Everton board, calling them “shambolic”.
