Andros Townsend returns to Everton training
Everton have received a huge boost today after Andros Townsend was pictured returning to training.
The 30-year-old, who joined in the summer transfer window on a free transfer, picked up an injury during the clash against Crystal Palace last month.
Everton are going through a wretched run of form at the moment, and find themselves 15th in the Premier League table.

The Toffees have posted pictures of him returning to training on their official Twitter handle with a caption: “Andros is back doing individual training.”
Massive boost
Townsend has been brilliant for Everton this season, and his return to training is a massive boost for the club.
The “world-class” winger has managed 16 Premier League games so far, scoring three goals and providing two assists.
His form dipped lately, coincided with Everton’s poor run of form, and the fans will hope that he will regain his spark after the break.
It seems Townsend is only doing light “individual” training at the moment, and that he will require a few more weeks to return to full sharpness.
With Tom Davies also having returned to full training, Benitez soon can hope to get a fully fit squad to choose from.
The Toffees have picked up just one win from their last 12 Premier League games, and the fans are clearly frustrated with what they’ve been witnessing on the pitch.
Everton have two signings already this month, and a few more could arrive – it’s time to win some games now and climb up the table.
In other Everton news, the Toffees are plotting January loan-to-buy bid for centre-mid hailed by Jack Grealish last month.
